Mr. Scott Rich is a Distinguished Engineer and Master Inventor at IBM in Research Triangle Park, NC.

He is the Project Management Committee lead for the Jazz Foundation Project, and a founding member of the Jazz project.

Mr. Rich is a member of the core team of the IBM Tools Development Council, and was previously development lead for Rational Application Developer.
